Integrations overview

Integrations overview

Tourwriter connects with a range of third-party tools to help you manage payments, share itineraries, and keep your accounting in order. Each integration is managed from Organisation > Integrations in your Tourwriter account.
The sections below describe what each integration does and link through to the full setup guide.

Stripe

Accept payments directly from your travellers through their shared itinerary. Once connected, a Pay now button appears on the payments timeline of any proposal or final itinerary you share privately or publicly.

Xero

Connect Tourwriter to your Xero accounting software to automate reconciliation of incoming and supplier payments. Once active, payment records can be synced to Xero, reducing manual data entry across both systems.

Google Docs

Share your Tourwriter itineraries directly to Google Docs. This integration lets you export a formatted itinerary to a Google Doc, where it can be edited, shared, or stored in your Google Drive.

Vamoos

Send your itineraries to the Vamoos Travel App so your travellers can access their trip details on the go. You can choose to send itinerary items as individual storyboards or grouped by day, and include or exclude item descriptions.

Google Maps

Use Google Maps to find suppliers by location and display maps on your itinerary. This integration is enabled by default for eligible accounts and does not require separate setup.

Axus

Send your Tourwriter itineraries to your Axus Travel App account. Each Tourwriter user can store their own Axus login credentials in their user profile.

Zoho Analytics

Build custom reports and dashboards using your Tourwriter data. This integration is available on request — contact your customer success executive to find out more.
