Setting itinerary default sharing visibility settings

Setting itinerary default sharing visibility settings

The Public/private sharing settings section lets you define which elements of an itinerary are visible by default when a team member shares an itinerary via a public or private link. These are organisation-wide defaults — individual users can still adjust the settings for each itinerary when they share it.

How to update the default sharing settings

  1. Go to Organisation → Customise.
  2. In the Itinerary defaults panel, find the Public/private sharing settings row and click the Edit (pencil) icon.
  3. The Edit itinerary preview share settings dialog opens. Adjust the toggles as needed.
  4. Click Save

When do these defaults apply?

These settings are used as the starting values when a user opens the share dialog for a new itinerary. Users can change any toggle at the itinerary level without affecting the organisation default.
