Make sure every shared itinerary looks exactly the way you intend. Set organisation-wide defaults for what clients see — from pricing and maps to supplier details — so your team shares confidently from day one.How to configure the defaults
- Go to Organisation > Customise.
- Find the Itinerary defaults panel and locate Public/private sharing settings.
- Click the edit (pencil) icon.
- Adjust the toggles to show or hide each element by default.
- Click Save.
These settings are used as the starting values when a user opens the share dialog for a new itinerary.

What can I control?
A long list of toggles let you manage the visibility of itinerary components across four areas.
Basic information covers the itinerary name, dates, and icons.
Content sections cover the map, outline, descriptions, and images.
Supplier and item details cover supplier names and individual item information. Both of these support a Custom setting, which lets you manage visibility on a per-supplier basis rather than applying a single setting across all suppliers.
Business elements cover pricing, payments, terms, and agent details.
Can users override these defaults?
Yes. When a user opens the share dialog for an itinerary, they can adjust any of the visibility settings before sharing. Their changes apply to that itinerary only and do not affect the organisation-wide defaults.
