Your visibility settings are saved automatically, so future exports of the same itinerary start with the same configuration.
Visibility toggles let you control which elements appear in the export. You can include or exclude any of the following: itinerary ID, dates, the map, descriptions, supplier information, images, item details such as confirmation numbers and cancellation policies, pricing, payment timelines, terms and conditions, owner details, and page footers. You can also control whether dates and times appear on specific sections.
Tip: Excluding images and descriptions but including final itinerary details gives you a clean travel voucher view in PDF exports.Yes. Before exporting, you can set item-level preferences including full-page display for specific items, custom images, and an A4 cover image for the first page of a PDF.
Custom images must be at least 2480 × 3508 pixels.
Organisation administrators can configure default export settings so every export starts from a consistent baseline. Contact your administrator to adjust company-wide defaults, or see Setting default export settings for itineraries for more detail.
