Setting itinerary default export settings

Setting itinerary default export settings

The Export settings section lets you set organisation-wide defaults for what appears when a team member exports an itinerary to PDF or Word. These defaults pre-fill the export dialog each time, saving time and ensuring a consistent output across your organisation.

How to update the default export settings

  1. Go to Organisation Customise.
  2. In the Itinerary defaults panel, find the Export settings row and click the Edit (pencil) icon.
  3. The Edit default export settings dialog opens. Adjust the toggles as needed.
  4. Click Save

When do these defaults apply?

Saved defaults are used the first time a user opens the export dialog for a new itinerary. Once they export, any changes they made to the toggles are saved to that itinerary — so the next time they export the same itinerary, their last-used settings are pre-filled automatically.

Note: Itineraries created before 29 April 2026 will use the system default instead of the Org defaults.
