Automatically add more images to Itinerary Previews

Automatically add more images to Itinerary Previews

Creating beautiful itineraries just got easier. You can now pre-select up to 5 images per product or resource that will automatically appear in the itinerary preview — no more manually adding them every time.

🚩 Why this matters

Previously, users had to:

  • Manually add more than 2 images in the itinerary preview

  • Assign 1 primary supplier and 1 primary product or resource image

  • Search through the entire media library when adding product images

  • Select and add images one by one

This was especially time-consuming for long itineraries with many products.

✨ What’s New

Auto "Default itinerary images" panel

Each product and resource now includes a “Default itinerary images” panel. You can choose up to 5 images that will automatically display whenever the product or resource is added to an itinerary.

  • Primary images (if set) are automatically added to the "Default itinerary images" panel

  • You can override or reorder images in the itinerary preview at any time

🔍 Smarter Media Filtering

When adding images:

  • The “Filter by supplier” option is now enabled by default

  • With the filter on, only media related to the current supplier or resource is shown

  • You can toggle this filter off to view all available media
