How to add a contributor to your itinerary
Overview
An Agent (non-Admin user) only has access to the itineraries that they have created. Adding a Contributor (a colleague/Agent user) to an itinerary makes the itinerary accessible under that Agent's login to collaborate and make changes.
Step-by-step
1. Click on 'Add a contributor' from inside the 'Setup' tab of an itinerary.
2. Search for your colleague using their name or email address.
3. Click 'Save'.
4. Click 'Send invitation'.
A green banner will appear to confirm the invitation has been sent.
Contributor will receive an email notification to access the itinerary. Only after the Contributor clicks 'Access itinerary' from the email that they will be able to access the itinerary from their login.
