How to add locations and times and media to your product
Overview
Once you have completed the product setup within a supplier - as series of new tabs will appear next to the 'Setup' tab. These new tabs give you the ability to enter a description, locations and times, media, amenities, inclusions and options for your product. In this article we will cover how to enter the locations & times and media.

Step-by-Step
1. In your Supplier workspace, once you have completed the supplier setup. Select the product you want to edit and click on the 'Locations & Times' tab.
2. Add a location for this product. Tourwriter is integrated with Google, so the address you select here will auto-generate a map to be included in your itinerary if you wish.
3. To add check in and check out times click 'Add time'.
4. Type in the times in either 24-hour time or add an 'a' or 'p' at the end of the time and it will automatically convert to 24-hour time.
5. Click 'Save'
6. If you have check-instructions, these can be added in the text box.
7. To add media to your product. Click on the 'Media' tab.
8. Click 'Add media'
9. This will take you to your media library. From here you can upload new media or select existing media.
10. If you select multiple images, the image that has the yellow 1 on it will be the image used on the itinerary. To change the hero image, however over the image you want to have as the hero image and a 1 will appear which you can click on.
11. To change or delete the media, hover over an image and click on the pencil or rubbish bin icons.
