How to set up default terms and conditions

Overview

Your terms and conditions are an important company document that you can send attached to your itineraries and have travellers accept them through Tourwriter. 

1. Log into Tourwriter https://app.tourwriter.com
2. Click 'Organisation'
3. Select the 'Customise' tab
4. Click on the 3 dots to the right of the Brand name
4. Click on the pencil icon to edit the terms and conditions 
5. Enter the Terms and conditions
6. Click the Save button.

FAQs

Q: Will itineraries I have already sent to customers be affected by the change in terms and conditions? 
A: No. Only itineraries that are created after the change will have the new default terms and conditions.
