How to set up default terms and conditions

Overview

Your terms and conditions are an important company document that you can send attached to your itineraries and have travellers accept them through Tourwriter. 

1. Log into Tourwriter https://app.tourwriter.com

2. Click on 'Organisation'


3.  Click on 'Defaults'


4. Click on the pencil icon to edit the terms and conditions 


5. Enter your company's terms and conditions


6. Click the grey back arrow to save your changes



FAQs

Q: Will itineraries I have already sent to customers be affected by the change in terms and conditions? 
A: No. Only iteineraries that are created after the change will have the new default terms and conditions.
