Why my booking has a warning saying "No associated rates"?
A warning icon and message ("no associated rates") will be displayed on the Pricing page of an itinerary if you don't have a valid rate period covering the days of the trip.
You can double check and create rate periods on the 'Rates' page of each supplier. If you create a new rate period, you can refresh the pricing of an itinerary (select the item > Update items > Refresh pricing).
If you do not have pre-agreed rates or the supplier's pricing is dynamic you can add the rates on the pricing page. Simply select the options icon (three dots), click 'edit pricing' and enter the rates/mark-up/commission.
Note: prices for locked bookings will not update when refreshed. To refresh a locked booking you must unlock first.
