Edit preview content

Editing preview content lets you customise exactly what a client sees on their itinerary, without changing your underlying supplier or product records.

Changes made on the Preview tab only effect the itinerary you are editing, allowing you to allowing you to make custom edits and add a personal touch. Other itineraries and your supplier database are not affected.

What can I edit?

You can customise an array of item content including: title, product name, option name, phone, website, description and image.

How to edit preview content

1. Open the itinerary and go to the Preview tab.
2. Find the service item you want to update.
3. Click the pencil icon.
4. Update any of the available fields by deleting or typing over existing content.
5. Click Save.

Note: The title field is required and cannot be left blank. All other fields can be cleared entirely if you do not want them to appear.

Note: You can restore original content or pull through changes made in your supplier database by refreshing items or the whole itinerary. Please see refreshing services in your itinerary.
