Keep your itineraries accurate without rebuilding them from scratch. Refreshing a service pulls in the latest supplier details — descriptions, images, locations — so your proposals always reflect your most up-to-date content.
When you add a service to an itinerary, Tourwriter takes a snapshot of the supplier or product data at that point in time. If you later update the supplier record — changing a description, swapping images, or editing location details — those changes do not automatically appear in existing itineraries. You need to refresh the service manually.
Refresh all services at once
Use this option when you want to update multiple services in an itinerary in one step.
- Open the itinerary and go to the Preview tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Outline panel.
- Select the fields you want to update — description, location, images, and so on.
- Click Refresh all items.
The update applies to the current itinerary only.
Refresh a single service
Use this option when you only need to update one specific service.
- Open the itinerary in Proposal view.
- Find the service you want to update and click the ... (more options) menu.
- Select Refresh service.
- Choose which fields to update before confirming.
The update applies to that service in the current itinerary only.
Note: Refreshing only applies to the itinerary you are currently working in. Any other itineraries that include the same service are not affected. You will need to refresh those separately.
