In Tourwriter, you can edit an item directly — including its dates and times, product, option, check-in instructions, and more — from either the Itinerary Pricing page or the Itinerary Preview page, without needing to switch to the Build tab. This feature saves time by allowing you to make quick adjustments without navigating away from your current screen.
Editing an item from the Pricing page
Click the three dots on the right of the item and select Edit item details.
This will open the Edit Item dialog on top of the Pricing window.
Any edits you make will be saved in the same way as if you had edited the item from the Build tab.
Once you save or cancel your changes, you will return to the Pricing page.
Editing an item from the Preview page (Postcard or Final template)
Click the three dots on the right of the Postcard item and select Edit item details.
This will open the Edit Item dialog over the Preview window.
Any edits you make will be saved just as they would from the Build tab.
After saving or cancelling your edits, you will return to the Preview page.
