Traveller payments timeline

Traveller payments timeline

You can display past and upcoming travelers’ payments on both Postcard and Final itineraries using the Payments timeline feature. This is a simple way of communicating with your customers amounts due and the due dates. The payments timeline is only visible for Privately shared itineraries.

  1. On the payments page, if you tick the “Show payments timeline on the itinerary” option, the payment timeline is displayed on the preview page.
  2. On the very bottom of the Preview tab, the payments are displayed by Payment name, the Amount due, Due date.

Payment statuses explained:

  • If a payment is overdue, a Red dot is shown on the timeline
  • If a payment date is two weeks or less from today, then a Green dot is shown on the timeline
  • If a payment date is more than two weeks from today, then an empty circle is shown on the timeline

Note: On the preview page, credit-type payments (ie Refunds) are not displayed.
