Zoho Analytics Integration

Tourwriter has partnered with Zoho Analytics allowing you to visualise your Tourwriter data with a sophisticated business intelligence tool. Through Zoho Analytics integration, you can work with your Tourwriter data to generate reports and dashboards once we create a workspace for you.

The Zoho integration is included in our premium and premium + plans and is available as part of our integrations add on in our pro plan. If you are a pro plan user and would like access to Zoho Analytics please follow the instruction below at Setting up your Integration to request access to Zoho Analytics and the integrations add on will be added to your next bill if you're a monthly customer or you will be charged pro rate for the remainder of your annual subscription if you are a customer who pays annually. 









Getting started

Setting up your integration

Ready to start empowering your team with real-time data. You first need to request the integration. 
  1. Log into Tourwriter and click on Organisation.
  2. Next click on the Integrations tab. This will take you to an area which displays all of the integrations Tourwriter has available. 
  3. Click on the request access button, next to Zoho Analytics. 
  4. Review the terms and conditions and check the box if you agree with them. 
  5. Click the submit request button. This sends a request to our Product Support Team who will enable your Zoho Analytics workspace. 
  6. Your request has been sent. Not long now till you and the team will be super-powered by data insights. 

Logging in

How to create your Zoho Analytics account.
  1. You will have been sent an invitation to join Zoho Analytics from the Tourwriter Team, please click on the link in the email 
  2. To start, click change country
  3. Next, enter the email address where you received the Zoho Analytics invite
  4. Set a password
  5. Select US as the Country (regardless of where you are based)
  6. Select Alabama as the State (regardless where you are based)
  7. Review and accept the terms of service and privacy policy (these are not Tourwriter terms but terms created by Zoho)
  8. Click the 'sign up for free'
  9. Scroll down and select BI and Analytics
  10. Click the 'Access Zoho Analytics' button. This will open up Zoho Analytics. 
  11. Click on Workspaces. 

Standard Reports

When you first enter your workspace, it will look like this. It comes pre-populated with 10 standard reports. We've carefully curated these reports based on the most-needed insights by our customers to run their businesses.  



  1. Agency Yield: Understand the value of your itineraries for each Agency
  2. Airport Transfers Report: Track your airport transfer operations by using the keyword “airport” in the product name
  3. Client Details Report: Get a birds-eye-view of all of your clients on a per itinerary basis
  4. Client Location Report: View location of your travellers at any given moment
  5. Client Profit Report: Understand your profitability on a per-client basis
  6. Customer Arrival Chart: Graphical representation of Itineraries for each month
  7. Flight Details Report: View Flight details within your itineraries at any given moment
  8. Incoming payments amount due vs Supplier payments amounts due: Compare Incoming payments with Supplier payments for each year.
  9. Incoming payments Due vs paid: Report to  know the Incoming Payments due and Amount paid for each month.
  10. Itinerary booking report per itinerary: Report to know the details of all the Bookings within an Itinerary
  11. Itinerary Gross Amount Chart: Report to know the Gross values of Itineraries sold by each Itinerary Designer
  12. Itinerary Turnaround Time Report: Track the turnaround time from itinerary creation to itinerary publishing (privately sharing)
  13. Itinerary Value Report: Understand the value of your itineraries, easily filtered by Itinerary Designer, Date, Status and more
  14. Itinerary Yield  Chart: Graphical representation of the Itinerary yield based on Itinerary Designer
  15. Itinerary Yield Report: Understand the overall value of your itineraries, conveniently organised by Itinerary Designer and currency
  16. Products of top 20 suppliers: Report to know the Products sold for top 20 Suppliers.
  17. Supplier Bookings Report: View list of all bookings for any given supplier/s on a per itinerary basis
  18. Supplier Details Report: Get a birds-eye-view of all of your suppliers and their contact details
  19. Supplier purchase chart: Report to know the Products sold based on its Net value
  20. Supplier  Sales Chart: Report to know the Products sold based on its Sold value

Standard reports cannot be edited. To make changes, use the “Save as” option from the three-dot menu to create a copy of the report. Once the report is duplicated and owned by you, it can be modified to suit your requirements.


Reports

Sharing reports

To share a Report, click the Share button on the Top right corner, select Make this View Public.
There will be 3 options to choose from:
1.  Access with login: This will require Users to login to Zoho Analytics to view the Report.
2. Access without login: You can create a Password using which other Users can access the Report through an URL and a Password assigned.
3. Access within Organisation/ External Users

Access within Organization/ External Users
Everyone in your Zoho Analytics Organization: Report will be accessible to all users in your Zoho Analytics organization you are part of.
Everyone in your Zoho Organization: Report will be accessible to all users in your Zoho organization you are part of
Public on the Web: Use this option to publish to all Users on the Web.

Edit Permissions
Clicking Edit Permissions will open Apply Permissions & Filters page
Read Access: Provide Read access for the Report.
Export Data: Provides Export permission to the Report selected. Anyone who has access to the Report can export the Report as CSV, PDF, HTML or image based on the Report type.
View Underlying Data: Provides the permission to View the Underlying Data of the Report. To learn more about the View Underlying  data feature refer https://www.zoho.com/analytics/help/chart/working-with-charts.html#underlying-data
Drill Down: Allows the shared  user to Drill Down data in the chart. refer: https://www.zoho.com/analytics/help/chart/working-with-charts.html#chart-drill-down
