Advanced search lets you find itineraries using a combination of filters, including status, currency, price range, traveller count, travel duration, tags, and suppliers.
Tip: For quick lookups by name, tag, itinerary ID, or internal reference, you no longer need advanced search. Results appear automatically as you type in the main search bar.Advanced search is turned off by default. Toggle it on from the itinerary list view to access the full filter panel.
Advanced search also works on archived itineraries.
You can tag itineraries in two ways: general tags and location tags. Both can be used as search filters.
General tags let you group itineraries by travel type, such as business, adventure, sports, educational, or religious tours.
You can add multiple tags, including multi-word tags.
Location tags let you associate an itinerary with a region, city, or country.
Note: Location tags do not connect to Google Places. Locations will not auto-populate as you type, so enter them exactly as you want them to appear.
To filter by general tags, type a tag name into the Filter by itinerary tags field. To filter by location, type the location name. You can apply multiple tags at once.
You can search for itineraries that include a specific accommodation or activity supplier.
You can add multiple suppliers to the filter.
Important: When you add multiple suppliers, only itineraries that contain all of them will appear in the results. If you get no results, try removing one or more suppliers to broaden the search.--
