Split pricing for itinerary travellers

Split pricing for itinerary travellers

InfoSplit pricing lets you assign a unique sell price to each traveller or traveller group within a single itinerary, so each person or group sees their own individual price rather than a shared total.
AlertRequirement: Split pricing is only available once a display price has been set. The total of all traveller amounts must equal the display price — the Save button will not activate until the balance reaches zero.

Before enabling split pricing, work out your individual sell prices. You will enter them manually during setup.

Activating split pricing

  1. On the Pricing tab, open the Edit total pricing or Edit agent total pricing dialog.
  2. Confirm that a display price is set. The split pricing toggle becomes active once a display price is in place.
  3. Toggle Split pricing from Disabled to Enabled.
  4. Add travellers by selecting from contacts or typing their names.
  5. Enter a sell price amount for each traveller or group.
  6. Once all amounts have been assigned and the remaining balance shows $0, the Save button becomes active.
  7. Click Save.

Showing split pricing on the itinerary

Once split pricing is active, you can choose to display it to travellers.

  1. On the Pricing tab, scroll to the bottom and open the Itinerary pricing display options dropdown.
  2. Tick the Split pricing checkbox.
  3. Collapse the dropdown.
NotesNote: Only one display option can be active at a time. If Price per traveller is already selected, you will need to deselect it before choosing Split pricing.

Publishing split pricing

How split pricing appears depends on how you publish the itinerary.

Online sharing: Toggle Itinerary footer and pricing to Show so the split prices are visible in the shared itinerary.

PDF export: Toggle Payments timeline to Include so the split pricing appears in the exported PDF.
