Stop rewriting the same content for every itinerary. The resource library lets you save descriptions, directions, and information blocks once, then drop them into any itinerary in seconds — in multiple languages, with images and tags included. The library supports five resource types: Overview, Directions, Freetime, Explore, and Information.
Each resource can include multilingual descriptions, a location tag (powered by Google Places autocomplete), searchable tags to help you find it quickly, and images pulled from your media library.
The Directions type includes dedicated "From" and "To" location fields.
Go to Resources > Library in the sidebar. From here you can create individual resources or manage your existing ones.
When building an itinerary, search the library by title or tag and insert the resource into the relevant date. Use Save and add another to insert multiple resources quickly without reopening the dialog each time.
Yes. Changes to a resource in the library do not affect itineraries where that resource has already been used. Editing is non-destructive.
You can upload up to 100 resources at a time using a CSV file. The template requires four columns: Name, Type, Description, and Tags. Download the CSV upload template to get started.
You can also duplicate, archive, or filter resources by type from within the library to keep it organised as it grows
