Managing your licences (adding users)

How to manage your licence numbers to increase or decrease your team's users

Overview

You can increase and decrease your team's users at any time from within Tourwriter.

If you're a pro or premium annually paying customer you will not receive a refund if you decrease your licences mid-year. This might happen if someone leaves your organisation. Instead of decreasing your licence numbers, we recommend you unassign the licence from the user so you can reassign the licence when you need it.

Pro and Premium Plan Customers

Expert Customers

Our expert customers do not need to manage licence numbers because this plan has maximum of 1 user. If you would like to change the email address associated with your Tourwriter subscription, instead edit your 'Profile' from the main dashboard.  Alternatively, if your team has grown and you would like to move to the Pro or Premium plan - please contact support@tourwriter.com and the team will guide you on the best plan for your needs.
