Itinerary inclusions

Show travellers exactly what is included in their trip at a glance. Enable the inclusions summary on any itinerary preview, with the option to display pricing alongside each item or keep it out of sight.

How to enable inclusions

1. Open the itinerary and go to the Pricing tab.
2. Click the Itinerary pricing display options dropdown.
3. Tick the Inclusions checkbox.

Once enabled, the inclusions list appears at the bottom of the Preview, and is also visible when the itinerary is shared or exported.

Can I show pricing alongside the inclusions?

Yes. You have two display options.

Inclusions only — shows the list of included items without any pricing. This is useful when you want to communicate what is covered without revealing individual costs.

Inclusions + Show item prices — shows the same list with pricing details next to each item.

Both options apply across the preview, shared links, and exported documents.
