Add an internal reference to your itinerary

Learn about our internal reference feature and how to add an internal reference to your itinerary

Overview

What are Internal References?
Internal references serve as unique labels within the itinerary builder, specifically designed to streamline your workflow. They are the behind-the-scenes heroes, that are internal only and do not show on the itinerary you share with the customer.

Why Use Them?
By adopting internal references, you're not just organising, you're setting your team up for efficiency and clarity of communication by making it easier to identify the correct itinerary you want to work on. They're especially handy for tracking different versions of a proposal (e.g. version 4, or final version).
