All pricing should be inclusive of tax.
Tourwriter does not offer a built-in tax calculator. However, you can add tax rates in your Organisation settings (Organisation > Accounting > Tax rates) and they can be marked against services in an itinerary and used to calculate tax when imported to accounting software.
You can also use Pricing Notes to document any tax-related price adjustments.
