How do I offer optional or alternative services in a single proposal?
Any services added to an itinerary can be marked as optional on the Build tab.
If you want to offer an optional or alternative service, add it to the itinerary in the same way as any other items, but mark it as optional as shown below.
The option can be found after selecting the Supplier, Product & Option and by selecting the option icon (three dots) in the top right-hand corner of the service card (yellow box). Once selected an 'Optional' label should appear next to the Product name and under the Option name. The same label will be displayed on the itinerary on the outline and on the service item itself.
Optional items display seperately on the Pricing tab and are not included in the total itinerary price. While on the Pricing tab you can also choose to display the cost of optional items on the itinerary (Pricing display options > Optional items).
