Edit agent total pricing

The Edit agent total pricing dialog lets you fix either the agent price or the agent commission percentage independently of any changes made to individual line items in the itinerary. Use it when you need a consistent agent commission or a specific agent price that should not shift as the itinerary evolves.

Opening the dialog

1. On the Pricing tab, scroll to the Display price row.
2. Click ... More.
3. Select Edit agent total pricing.

Agent price settings

The dialog offers three modes. Dynamic is selected by default.

Dynamic

The display agent price mirrors the total agent price automatically. The display agent commission is calculated from these two values. No manual input is needed.

Note: Switching back to Dynamic after using a fixed mode will delete any commission percentage or agent price you have set manually.

Fixed commission

Set a fixed agent commission percentage. Tourwriter calculates the agent price using the display gross and the commission percentage you enter. The fixed commission persists on the Display price row until you change it manually.

Fixed price

Set a fixed agent price. Tourwriter calculates the commission percentage from the display gross and the price you enter. The fixed price persists on the Display price row until you change it manually.
