Edit a product or option name on an itinerary item

You can rename any product or option within an itinerary without changing the original supplier record. This allows you replace a generic service name with something more meaningful for the traveller.

How to edit a product or option name on an itinerary item

  1. Open the itinerary and go to the Build tab.
  2. Find the product or option you want to edit and open the Edit item dialog.
  3. Click the three-dot (More) icon next to the product or option name.
  4. Select Edit name.
  5. Enter the new name in the text field and tick the check-box if you want the name to update on the itinerary.
  6. Click Update.
  7. Click Save.
Notes
Note: the change is only saved once you click Save in step 7.
Idea
Tip: to see the original option name at any time, hover over the 'i' icon next to the edited name.
