Edit Option name after adding to an Itinerary

Users can edit the name of a Option once the Item is in the Build tab. The edited Item name will display in all areas of the application including the Pricing, Booking, Payments and Preview tabs. This feature is useful for generic products in your supplier database such as ´Flights from A to B’ or ‘Airport transfer to Hotel X’ Users can edit the option name when first adding the Item to an itinerary or by editing the item at a later stage.

How to edit the option name in an itinerary

Navigate to the Build tab in an itinerary and click on a product to open the Edit item dialog. For the option which you want to Edit the option name:

  1. Click the 3 dots More icon.
  2. Select Edit name.
  3. Edit the option name in the free text field.
  4. Click Update.
  5. Click Save.

Note: The edit will only be saved after clicking Save in Step 5.

Note: To view the original name, hover over the i icon next to any edited option name.
