Edit inclusions and amenities on an itinerary item

You can edit the inclusions and amenities attached to any product directly from your itinerary, without going back to the supplier record. Changes apply across the Preview, PDF export, and any shared version of the itinerary.

How to edit inclusions and amenities on an itinerary item

  1. Open the itinerary and go to the Build tab.
  2. Find the product you want to edit and open the Edit item dialog.
  3. Click the three-dot (More) icon next to the product name.
  4. Select Edit Inclusions or Edit Amenities.
  5. Add or remove options as needed.
  6. Click Update.
  7. Click Save.
Notes
Note: the changes are only saved once you click Save in step 7. Clicking Update alone will not save your edits.
