Customise your itinerary templates

Customise your itinerary templates

Info
Make every itinerary look like you. Tourwriter's customisation tools let you apply your branding once and have it carry through to every client-facing document automatically.

How to access itinerary customisation

  1. Go to app.tourwriter.com and sign in.
  2. In the left-hand navigation, select Organisation.
  3. Click the Customise tab.

All changes save automatically. You do not need to click a save button.

What can you customise?

Upload your company logo to display on itineraries. Use a high-resolution file for the best result. Supported formats are PNG and JPG.

Brand colours

Set your primary brand colour. This applies to accents, headings, and highlighted elements throughout the itinerary design.

Company details

Add your business name, address, phone number, and website. These appear in the footer or header of your itineraries, depending on the template layout.

Do these settings apply to existing itineraries?

No. Customisation settings apply to all itineraries created after you save them. Itineraries already in progress retain the settings that were active when they were created.

To update the branding on an existing itinerary, open it and reapply the template.

Can different team members use different branding?

Customisation settings apply at the organisation level, so they are shared across all users in your Tourwriter account. All itineraries reflect the same branding by default.

Video walkthrough

A video guide is available that walks through the full customisation process. Watch it below or alongside these steps.
