Change postcard layout

Changing the postcard layout lets you control how each service appears on a client's itinerary, so you can present accommodation, activities, and transport in the most visually effective way.

Each product type has a default postcard layout. You can override this on any individual item without affecting other services in the itinerary.

How to change the layout on an item

1. Open the Preview tab of an itinerary and locate the item you want to update.
2. Click the ... (more) button on the item.
3. Select Change layout.
4. Choose one of the seven available layout options.
5. Click Save.

The postcard updates immediately to reflect your chosen layout.

Note: You can save default layouts for each service type in your organisation settings (Organisation > Defaults > Supplier defaults > Product type defaults)

How does the layout affect add-ons and inclusions?

The layout you choose determines where add-ons and inclusions appear on the postcard.

On Image right and Image left layouts, add-ons and inclusions display separately, below the main service content.

On Colour background, Full image, Slim, Slim no text, and Small image layouts, add-ons and inclusions display on the same line as the main product.
