Can suppliers respond to a booking request without a login?

Yes, suppliers do NOT require a login to respond to booking requests.

Booking emails contain a 'respond to request' button which directs the recipient to a web address. They do not require login credentials to access the web page and can respond to the request in several different ways: confirm, decline, waitlist, or provisionally hold.

After selecting one of the responses above they will be asked to enter their name, a booking reference and any additional notes.

When they click 'send', the booking status and their response details are automatically updated in Tourwriter.

Note: the response link is active for 7 days from when the booking email is sent. After 7 days, or after the supplier responds, the link will automatically deactivate.

For more information, please see how to confirm or decline a booking email.
