Reply-to address: set a specific email address for supplier replies to go to (defaults to the logged-in user's email if left blank).
CC address: add a team email to receive copies of all booking emails.
Email inclusions: choose which booking details (dates, traveller names, etc.) are included in emails by default.
General settings: toggle BCC to sender, group emails by recipient, enable supplier confirmations, and more.
Note to supplier: add a default message that appears in all booking emails.
Email templates: customise the body text for each of the five booking email types (availability, bookings, amendments, cancellations, and courtesy reconfirmations).
Any of these defaults can be overridden on a per-booking basis when sending individual emails.
